The legend with no voice - We have selected this silent french movie from way back in 1927 to show the extra-ordinary foot steps of Josephine. The wonderful dance sequence is in a color called Pathecolor. Josephine is the first African American woman who got to star in a big movies. Her success was great pride to black Americans. The Joe Francis film La Revue Des Revues was mostly black and white except some patches in Pathecolor.
