Raipur, Chhattisgarh State Fisheries Co-operative Federation Limited has been decided to provide 5 to 10 per cent discount on buying fish seeds by registered Fisheries Cooperatives of state and member societies of federation.

Local hindi name of Chhattisgarh State Fisheries Co-operative Federation Limited is Chhattīsagaṛh Rājya Matsya Sahakārī MahaSangha Maryadita.

Chhattisgarh registered all fisherman cooperatives societies will be granted fish seed on 5% discount purchasing Fish Seed in five zones of Matsya Mahasangh (Fish Federation) located in the state of Chhattisgarh.

The member societies of Federation will be given ten percent discount on purchase of fish seed from these domains.

Five fish zones aka Matsya Prakshetra are Demar at Dhamtari District, Selud and Khutelabhata at District Durg, Khuntaghhat at District Bilaspur, Atamanagar Bango at Korba district and these fish seed zones will offer discount on purchase of span, fry and fingerling size fish seed.
